Positive: Very good location. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Pamukkale travertines. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nice and plentiful. The hotel also has a dinner menu, which was delicious. The rooms are clean.

Negative: Pool water was very cold.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and the beds were wonderfully soft — we slept so well. The location is definitely a big plus: you can simply walk to the stunning Pamukkale travertines, which makes visiting them super easy. Another highlight was the kindness of the owner. He gave us a warm welcome and a clear explanation about how to visit Pamukkale. The rest of the staff were also extremely friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was amazing — very generous and delicious, honestly the best we’ve had anywhere in Turkey.

Negative: If we had to mention one small downside, it would be the slight smell in the bathroom.

Positive: The owner was really nice, kind and funny; the room was great, we have been upgraded for free to a bigger one. No words to comment the breakfast, the best we had since we are in Turkey. The location was exceptional (mini market at 50 meters and pamukkale gate at 200 meters).
